Mr. Wilhelm holds the Member Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation from the Appraisal Institute. Experience includes over 30 years of appraisal practice. In addition to the MAI designation, his education includes a B.A. in Geography and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Buffalo. Mr. Wilhelm is also pursuing designation with the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).
