Timothy J. Green
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Green has worked in the real estate appraisal field since 1985, the past 18 years with private commercial appraisal firms. Prior to that, while with the Erie County Real Property Information Services, and with Cole, Layer and Trumble, Co. (CLT), he trained and assisted local assessors in mass property valuation for their municipalities. Mr. Green is a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, and is approved as an appraiser by the New York State Department of Transportation. He has worked extensively on projects for the DOT as well as NYS DEC and NYS Office of Parks and Recreation throughout New York State. Mr. Green graduated with an Associates degree from Jamestown Community College and a Bachelors degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
