PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

 

Mr. Koszarek has been a practicing real estate appraiser since 1992. He is a NYS Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, HUD approved for FHA Appraisals, VA approved for Veterans Administration Appraisals, and he is also approved for residential assignments with the NYS Department of Transportation.

 

Mr. Koszarek leads the efforts of KLW Municipal and is an acknowledged expert in model building that is so critical to successful valuation using a Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal system. In addition, his expertise in land table development for mass valuation is second to none.

 

Through his extensive experience in the valuation of waterfront properties in mass valuation circumstances in waterfront resort towns situated on the Great Lakes as well as municipalities located in the Adirondack Park which have its numerous inland lakes, camps and Great Camps.

 

He also leads the public relations efforts of KLW Municipal, Inc. which have been the benchmark of successful projects.
