PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ms. Sauer is currently employed with KLW Appraisal Group as an Appraiser Trainee and is currently pursuing a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with a passion to specialize in green buildings. Her responsibilities include researching and analyzing data for real estate valuation using specialized databases and public records, recognizing attributes of real property and evaluating property types, and composing first drafts of appraisal reports.

Jessica for the past seven years has been a small business real estate development manager. Her background is in non-profit arts education and program management.
