PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Szakács has over 30 years of extensive and intensive experience of the valuation and analysis of most real property types. Services provided for mortgage financing, ad valorem tax, litigation, insurance loss and consulting assignments. Mr. Szakács specializes in ad valorem tax appraisal work and has coordinated several revaluation projects throughout New York State. He has also owned and operated a small residential real estate portfolio over the past 20 years. Mr. Szakács is a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, a Candidate for Designation in the Appraisal Institute and holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science.
