PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Klauk has over 30 years of service within the industry with extensive experience in the area of valuation and analysis of all common property types, and numerous special use properties. Services are provided for mortgage financing, insurance loss, condemnation/eminent domain, ad valorem tax matters and private consulting assignments for advisory purposes. Mr. Klauk has managed and or supervised commercial appraisal groups ranging from four to fifteen individuals. He specializes in forensic and litigation appraisal work, is an expert in wetlands matters pertaining to real estate. Mr. Klauk is a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. He is also a practicing affiliate of the Appraisal Institute and an associate of the International Right of Way Association.
