PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Koszarek has been in the real estate field since 1976. He has over 35 years experience as a Realtor and a full time appraiser since 1979. His appraisal service began as an in house ‘bank” appraiser and subsequently as a fee appraiser since 1986. He has extensive experience in the valuation of various residential property types, for purposes of mortgage financing and litigation proceedings. Mr. Koszarek has been a principal in several appraisal firms, managing the residential divisions that ranged from three to ten individuals. He has a degree in construction technology. Mr. Koszarek also is a New York State Certified Residential Appraiser since 1991. “Gene” has extensive experience with high value homes and waterfront properties, especially around Chautauqua Lake. Gene is a past director of the Western New York Mortgage Bankers Credit Association.
