Mr. Klauk has over ten years experience providing real estate appraisal services for a variety of local, regional and national lenders as well as local attorneys, accountants and individual interests. His service area includes most of western New York including the City of Buffalo and its suburbs, Southern Erie County as well as Cattaraugus, Allegany, Wyoming and Genesee Counties. He is also experienced in the mass valuation of real property for real property assessment purposes.
