PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mike Musilli is currently employed with KLW Appraisal Group as an Appraiser Trainee under Robert Kozarek, and is pursuing a New York State Residential Real Estate Appraiser Certification. His responsibilities include researching and analyzing data for residential real estate valuation using specialized databases and public records, recognizing attributes of real property and evaluating property types, and composing first drafts of appraisal reports.
