Our appraisal services include intended uses for financing, tax analysis, feasibility studies, estates, condemnation and real property assessment and miscellaneous litigation matters.

KLW Residential, Inc. is our residential appraisal service arm, primarily servicing appraisal needs for mortgage purposes of 1 to 4 family dwellings. This organization also provides services for these types of properties for estate and matrimonial matters and for litigation for condemnation matters, assessment purposes, among others.

KLW Municipal Inc. provides specialized mass valuation and consulting services to municipalities throughout the state of New York.

Our company officers are state certified, one is professionally designated and all of our staff appraisers are state certified and/or licensed.
